Get Pumped in 12 Weeks with Brian Bailey

[Bailey Family]: Brian, Sheila and Bria Kathleen Bailey.

Chandler, Ariz. – May 5, 2007 – Certified fitness trainer Brian Bailey of Odenton, Md., advises his clients to avoid any tendency to simply copy what others are doing at the gym—it’s “not a long-term strategy.” He quotes Albert Einstein, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

Making sure to get correct nutrition is critical for lasting fitness results, said Bailey—which is why he recommends Isagenix products. Bailey also volunteered to be a training coach during Isagenix’s IsaBody Challenge, featuring his IsaBody 12-week Fitness Plan.

“Twelve weeks of proper exercise and Isagenix products is an ideal plan for permanent, healthy lifestyle change,” said Bailey. “Couple that with incentives offered by the IsaBody Challenge, such as cash, prizes and recognition, and we’re motivating a lot of people to eat right, train right and reach for their goals.”

Bailey said he’s already seeing remarkable progress from those who’ve taken his fitness plan to heart.

“I’m proud to see people on Week Three of my program who’ve lost fat, built muscle and reached new levels of focus and commitment,” he said. “One man I know tells me every day, ‘Brian, I’m going to succeed with this Challenge.’ He works out six days a week, uses a variety of Isagenix products and is becoming a picture of fitness.”

The IsaBody 12-week Fitness Plan includes strength training of various muscle groups as well as frequent cardiovascular training. The plan starts out light and becomes more challenging over time. Participants are encouraged to check with their doctors before making any change to diet or level of exercise.

During each workout on the plan, participants enjoy Isagenix’s Want More Energy? drink to replace electrolytes. After each workout, they drink an ounce of Ionix Supreme and a serving of IsaLean Shake to replenish nutrients.

Isagenix’s “Changing Lives” Celebration 2007 in Las Vegas will include a session with Bailey about exercise and fitness.
